Minimum budget
Published minimums run from $1,000 to $15,000. Several agencies do not publish one at all, so ask before the call.
The right clipping agency depends on your budget, where you are based and what you are releasing. Here is how six of them compare, in their own published numbers.
Most clipping agencies post to the same three platforms. What differs is the minimum budget, who checks the clips, and whether there is someone in your time zone to talk to.

Ask whether a person watches every clip before its views count, how bots are screened and what happens to rejected clips.
Most large clipping agencies are US based. If you are a UK label, distributor or agency, time zone and UK audience checks matter.

Amplify Media is a UK clipping agency run from London by music producer Alfie Williams. It runs managed clipping campaigns for music, TV and film across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including fan-led edits for Chad Powers Season 2, a US streaming series.
Every clip is watched by a person before its views count, accounts are screened for fake engagement, and the team checks where the views come from. Rejected clips cost you nothing. Campaigns start at $1,000 and typically launch within 24 to 48 hours.
For six figure budgets and the biggest networks, Clipping Culture, ClipHaus and The Clip Ship publish the largest creator numbers and long lists of major label clients. Clipping Culture states a $15,000 minimum. If your budget is between $1,000 and $15,000, fewer managed agencies will take the campaign, and that is the gap Amplify Media was built for.
